    Drove 40minutes after seeing aFacebook adfor new donor compensation and when Iarrived they told methey don't have the staff for new donors and asked meto come inthe morning when Icannot domornings. Avoid this place unless you can domornings orabsolutely need toand don't mind being told when you can donate and when they can handle it

        Nothing wrong with the staff orthe service. But Ihad aguy walk inright before medidn’t bother tocheck his temp orwash his hands before going tothe kiosk and the main manager was standing behind the counter hehad toof saw that and didn’t say anything. That’s alittle ridiculous. Accountability: the fact orcondition ofbeing accountable; responsibility
        Don’t bemad atthe staff asthey were busy screening donors this isnot their issue

              2stars because they pay the most. Definitely not for being thorough, knowledgeable, caring orrespectful. The employee's dont accept responsibility for their mistakes and even try toblame you for their mistakes. While having noidea what's goingon. Management especially isrude and unconcerned about any inconvenience ormisunderstanding regarding the false information staff gives. The “doctor” works when she wants apparently, sobloodwork isn't being processed and even ifyou “passed” can take 2weeks tobe processed ormore toget processed.– show

                          Great staff, polite and friendly, fast and efficient, even when Idon’t come for alittle bit they still remember meand greet meby name sometimes before Ihave even touched the kiosk, very fair payments and bonuspay, Iwould recommend telecris over CSL any day

                            Great facility todonate plasma, very clean and effective. Although the staff seem tohave nosense ofurgency when itcomes tospeed ofservice. There isa phlebotomist there, Natalia, who isalways inan awful mood and has nobed-side manner what soever. Unfortunately, itseems, Ihave todeal with her every time Ivisit this location. Avoid Natalia, ifpossible. She acts like she hates her job and that every donor isan inconvenience toher.

                                I like the friendly staff. Don't have too long ofa wait ifyou get there early. Took astar away for the times they've readjusted the needle Don't forget 7—10days for blood work results.

                                Edit: taking away yet another star. Was supposed toget abonus and didn't. Tried tocall and nothing. Iknow they weren't busy atall asI was just there. Left amessage and noreturn call. Iguess they expect meto drive there again tostraighten itout. Iwill keep editing ifneeded.

Ithas taken acouple ofyears toput together how tointerview,test,And donate. That Ihave been able towalkin. Then step upto the kiosk. Get myB.P. and pulse
                                  And test myblood in10minutes orless.
                                  If you are well hydrated. Its very possible tothen donate in40minutes. Today Idid 42minutes. Plus 10min. Checkingin. Idid the process in52
                                  minutes. Its all inhow you approach donating. Getting paid tolay onyour back for anhour. Plus bonuses every month. Iencourage everyone tocome onin. The EMPLOYEES are the best trained and efficient people that run that place. And will get you inand out asquickly aspossible!!!

AtTalecris they not only treat you with respect, but over time they invest inyou, they remember you and care about your experience.
