Oats are a brilliant breakfast choice as they are wholegrain, high in fibre and packed with slow releasing carbohydrates which will help to keep snacking at bay. Oats are also incredibly versatile so there are lots of ways to enjoy them in the morning.

An obvious oaty choice for the mornings (especially these cold ones!) is a bowl of hot porridge. Not a fan of it or find it too boring?
